You go register to this site. You then submit a story. Any story that has a rating of 8.0 or higher at 20 votes will be flagged for payment and you will be sent $5 USD via Paypal.
The story can be any length on any subject. It does not have to be new, but it must be your own. If a story is found to be plagiarized, it will be deleted and you will not be paid.
While the story has no restrictions on length or subject, it must take place somewhere. If you place the location somewhere that could not possibly apply, it will be deleted.
The only other restriction is that the story must not be garbage or spam. If so, it will be deleted.
